Unfortunately, my GMC Acadia has been here several times in the last year for various issues. Fortunately, every time I’ve gone, I’ve received excellent customer service from Tim, Richard and Cody. They are always honest, helpful and kind!
My inspections have been off both times I went in for oil changes. I was told I needed back brakes done, they did my front brakes and showed me that's what was needed not my back brakes. I went in again a few weeks ago and my inspection says I need front brakes even though I just got those done, and they failed to tell me I need my spark plugs done per my vehicles mileage. Not terrible. But not great.

Perhaps most important, he did not pressure me to a quick decision and did not direct me to additional "managers" as other dealerships have done. Had an oil change/tire rotation for my 2016 Chevy Malibu. Also had a seat part replaced which I ordered ahead of time, from their parts dept. The mechanics did a full inspection of the vehicle. Found additional areas of concern/needing replacement. Cabin air filter, wiper blades, tire wear. Staff was friendly, professional, polite, and not pushy. Detail-oriented and knowledgeable. Very decent cost.

I had a good experience buying a new Silverado. Chris helped a lot and even escalated a more complicated question so we could both get a good answer which helped me pick out the right truck.

Chauncey does an excellent job searching their inventory to find the vehicle you really want. He's very knowledgeable and was so patient while we thought through all of the options. Jerry in service is unkind to vendors. We all have problems in life, and being unkind to vendors is a full stop, a non-starter. Move on to a better dealer, go to Orland Park. They do it right. **As an update to this Jerry called me and apologized, so that earns a few stars back. I get it, we all have bad days, but kindness is how you get things done, not bitterness and mean spirit. This should be a reminder for all of us, love your neighbor as yourself.**

Sold me a truck stating it was a flex fuel truck and it really wasnt . Had me putting wrong gas and then going to service to try to fix when all along it was the gas. Tried to reach out for solution and didnt want to offer anything but a few oil changes. Be careful with what you buy at that dealer, The misrepresent their vehicles.

Anthony Bulldog Briggs did a very good job explaining the features on the vehicle we were interested in. Matt in finance did a good job not trying to sell add on we were not interested in so the doc process went fairly fast. This is vehicle #3 we have purchased from Gjovik Chevy/GMC since 2002.
Anthony was great. I felt fully relaxed through the whole process. There were no games or nonsense being played when it came down to pricing. He and the finance person worked hard to get me a better deal than I thought I could have gotten.
Carla went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly and was very accommodating to our circumstance.
Our salesperson Weston was very professional and patient, was greatly suited for his job. The finance person on the other hand , not so good. We waited forever for him, he disregarded the fact that we had been pre-approved, and when we finally got to talk with him he rushed us thru and neglected a few things which in turn dragged the whole process out for a couple of weeks and required unnecessary trips back to the dealership.
These folks were more than just helpful, the held the vehicle and had a lot of prep work ready! Getting through the actual process and taking care of the 2 tradeins made things so much easier!! Cannot thank you enough.....
The dealership did a nice job sorting out some minor manufacturer issues. I can also say that the salesman that handled my order was professional, courteous and went well beyond the sale. He not only kept me up to date on the build status he also gave me a comprehensive instruction on the tech and how things worked.
